Butter Spiel Refund Policy:

 

Refund Procedure (for orders not yet delivered)

  • We accept cancellations and will provide a full store credit refund if an order is cancelled before 12pm on business days.
  • Orders placed after 12pm for next day cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not offer cash refunds

 

Refund Procedure (for orders already delivered)

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit refund, email sales@butterspiel.com.au within 24 hours of the order delivery date. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.

 

Refund Method

If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund the amount as store credit on our website, under your customer account. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
